Payment

You can make payment by Visa and Mastercard (debit/credit cards), Paypal and direct bank deposit.

For your protection, payment information is secure with Shopify's e-commerce checkout suite offering a 256-bit SSL connection. This level of encryption is the same as that used by large banks around the world. We do not store any of your card details on our computer or website after they have been captured during checkout.

Delivery

General delivery information

We offer free standard delivery on all product orders over $475 (this value excludes gift certificate and postage insurance purchases). If you select the free delivery option when it does not apply, we reserve the right to request the postage charge from you prior to dispatch of your order.

For orders under $475, please refer to the shipping estimate function when viewing your shopping cart. During the checkout process, delivery costs will be added to your total price after submitting your payment method. This is based on the amount calculated in the shipping estimate.

No postage charges apply to Cricket Gear Direct gift certificates when submitted as a stand alone purchases. These will be emailed to you and not posted.

Please note that there may be a 1 day order processing timeframe from when you place your order. If you submit prior to 6pm WST, your order will most likely be shipped the next business day. If however you submit after 6pm WST, your order will be dispatched not the next but the following business day.

Please also note that no goods will be dispatched for Direct Bank Deposit order payments until cleared funds are received into our NAB business account. If you are also with NAB, we'd expect the funds to transfer instantaneously whereas other banks will be 1 - 3 business days.

Unfortunately collection of goods from our warehouse is not available. This ensures that our prices can remain as low as possible. There may be times that goods will be available for purchase direct from Clint O'Neill if visiting your clubrooms/training sessions and even during weekend games so take advantage of this if you can.

Signature on delivery

All parcels will be delivered by Australia Post. Any over the value of $150 (excluding postage cost) will require signature confirmation of receipt to ensure they are delivered to the addressee. For orders over $150, the signature on delivery fee will be incorporated into the postal charge at checkout and for orders over $475, this service will be provided for FREE.

Optional insurance

For additional piece of mind, Cricket Gear Direct also offers postage insurance at a rate of $1.25 / $100 of value. You can decide how much you'd like to cover your goods for, if anything. A small price to pay to ensure your goods are delivered in perfect condition.

If you'd like to take up optional insurance, please select the number of insurance units (i.e. each unit = $100 insurable value) to purchase and add them to your cart. Insurance units are available under the 'Accessories / Other' dropdown menu.
